fix(ci): lowercase GHCR owner name to fix 'repository name must be lowercase' error

`github.repository_owner` returns 'MythEclipse' (mixed case) which GHCR rejects. Hardcode lowercase 'mytheclipse' to match GHCR requirements. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
