- Add ServerAliveInterval=30/ServerAliveCountMax=40 to prevent broken
  pipe during nixos-rebuild switch (up to 20min keepalive)
- Remove continue-on-error so deploy failures are visible
- Add workflow_dispatch trigger for manual reruns
