Maulana SodiqinandClaude 400daea60f fix: resolve TypeScript build errors in service library

- Fix supabase.ts with proper placeholder types (was error messages from failed CLI command)
- Remove duplicate TPermissionItem export from local-storage.ts
- Import TPermissionItem from types/permissions instead

These changes fix TypeScript compilation errors during Docker builds.
