ci: use Attic binary cache push + nix-store substitute (not SSH copy) 
- Bootstrap attic client from gmw cache (HTTPS substituter)
- Push store paths to pub:mcpedia cache
- VPS substitutes from mcpedia cache (fast) instead of nix copy --to ssh://
- Fallback to SSH copy if Attic push fails
