bun auto-enables --frozen-lockfile in CI by default. Use env var BUN_INSTALL_FROZEN_LOCKFILE=0 to override this behavior. Also regenerate lockfile fresh to ensure it is compatible with bun 1.3.14. Co-Authored-By: Claude <noreply@anthropic.com>
