- Compute version from latest git tag (bump patch)
- Update tauri.conf.json and Cargo.toml with new version
- Create GitHub Release with signed APK + AAB via softprops/action-gh-release
- Release name: v{version}, APK filename: zeavis-edu-v{version}.apk
