SDHD 2.00 and 2.05 added (#5)

Couldn't find better ICF's or a list of .opt names for NEW!! or NEW PLUS!! Worth updating if you have them.

Not sure how to fork the wiki page, so the following 2 lines need adding to SDHD.md
