refactor: hapus root package.json dan sisa monorepo

- Hapus root package.json (services sudah standalone masing2) - Hapus root node_modules (stale dari monorepo lama) - Hapus patches/ (workspace-level, ga dipake) - Root sekarang cuma folder biasa tanpa monorepo/hub
