asepharyana c31e087675 feat: update dependencies and add new UI components
- Added new dependencies: @base-ui/react, class-variance-authority, clsx, lucide-react, shadcn, tailwind-merge, and tw-animate-css.
- Updated globals.css to include new styles and color variables using oklch color space.
- Created components.json for shadcn configuration.
- Implemented a Button component using @base-ui/react and class-variance-authority for styling variants.
- Added utility function `cn` for merging class names with tailwind-merge.

First, run the development server:

npm run dev

Open http://localhost:3000 with your browser to see the result.

You can start editing the page by modifying app/page.tsx. The page auto-updates as you edit the file.

This project uses next/font to automatically optimize and load Geist, a new font family for Vercel.
